We create invoices and send out statements directly over your email account before or on the 1st day of each calendar month. All invoices are due by the 15th. If your account is not paid in full by the 22nd it will be disconnected and a $5.00 late fee will be due in addition to your monthly fee before the account will be turned back on.

Your payment can also be paid at our office either during Office Hours or with our Payment Drop Slot located at the right hand side of our entrance door. Please be sure and write your user name on all payments left in the Payment Drop Slot.

Your payment can also be paid online with our Secure Server payment options found on our homepage, here

We can also automatically take your payment from your credit card or check card each month. Please stop by our office to fill out a form for this payment option. There is no additional charge for this feature.

Late Fees:
After the 15th of each month you will have a 7-day grace period to remit your payment.

If payment is not received by 5pm on the 22nd, your account will be denied access until your monthly fee and $5.00 late fee is received. The full amount must be received before the account is reactivated. 

If you choose to mail your payment after the 15th, Fastransit is not responsible if that payment has not reached our office by the 22nd at 5pm. 

If you feel your payment may not make it by mail before the 22nd you may want to drop it in our Payment Drop Slot to insure your account is not charged a $5.00 late fee.
